A Principal's Perspective

The upcoming week is one of my favorite times of the year! Why? It is a chance to celebrate GP staff members and the awesome work that you do! Take a look at the clues in the graphic below to give you an idea of a week full of gratitude and fun!

I Am A Teacher

I refer to my past and present students as "My Kids."

I Am A Teacher

I am not in it for the income, I am in it for the outcome.

I Am A Teacher

It's who I am.

It's my passion, my calling, and my world.

I Am A Teacher

Be Innovative - Design the possibilities!

  • PAC & DEIC Rep: We are needing PAC and DEIC reps from GP for next year. These positions are two year commitments. They are district committees that are avenues to voice our opinions, concerns to shape personnel and instructional policies, guidelines and practices. If you would like to be the GP rep for one of these important committees, please let me know.
  • Copiers: Please remember that copier priority is given to staff members that are on their conference times. This will help maximize conference times for each staff member.
  • Relay for Life: Thank you, Joe, for organizing the firetruck pizza yesterday! What a beautiful day to add to a wonderful lunch while supporting Relay for Life! If you are interested in participating in the Relay for Life events Friday, May 5th, please see Joe for more information. Thursday, we will have a dress up dollar day to fundraise for Relay for Life.
  • PTO Suggestions & Funds: I am formulating PTO funding requests/projects. If your team has a need or an idea that you want to implement, please send me the information including cost projections.
