Cristina Harris is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and the owner of S.H.E. Balance Holistic Health Coaching. She received her certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and provides interactive workshops, as well as individualized health and life coaching. Her passion is to connect with people to provide tools for creating a more healthy and balanced life filled with energy and motivation. She holds a B.S. in Physiology (the study of how living things function most optimally), a Masters degree in Social Work from NYU, and is a child behavioral specialist working with educators and parents throughout the five boroughs of NYC.
