HFRCS Newsletter SY2021-2022
November 30, 2021 - Vol.1 Issue 15
From the Principal's Office
Dear Parents and Guardians,
I hope that everyone enjoyed a relaxing Thanksgiving holiday with their family and friends!
As we continue to move through challenging times, please see the attached letter from the Office of Catholic Education regarding the health plan moving forward. As you will see from the letter, the thoughts and recommendations from the Archdiocese align with our current Health and Safety Plan. Your continued support during these difficult and changing times is most appreciated.
Next week, I will be sending out a survey to all parents. The data gathered from the survey will assist us as we prepare for our Middle States visit during the fall of 2022. Your input will be most appreciated. The survey will be open for two weeks.
Just a reminder that this Wednesday, December 1st will be picture re-takes. Pictures will be taken for any student who was absent for Picture Day. Also, if you would like your child to have their picture re-taken, the package of pictures sent home must be returned intact. Also, this Friday, December 3 marks the end of the first trimester. Report cards will be sent home next Friday, December 10.
As we enter into the Advent season, may we wait in hope for the newborn King.
Sincerely Yours in Christ,
Mrs. Haggerty

SAVE THE DATE!
Holy Family is excited to announce that we will be hosting an Open House on Sunday January 30th, 2022. Current families are invited and we encourage you to invite friends and family who may be interested in finding a new, wonderful school for their children! More details will follow in the coming weeks but please consider coming to see your child's hard work, tour their classrooms, speak with faculty and staff, and enjoy some light refreshments from local favorites!
Also, please allow me to thank those of you that participated in our satisfaction survey. The answers you provided will surely help us as we continue to market and improve our school!
Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions as we approach the reopening of enrollment. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

The Giving Tuesday Challenge:
Giving Tuesday is a global movement of giving which takes place on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday. This year, Giving Tuesday is on Tuesday, November 30th.
What is the Giving Tuesday Challenge?
We invite you to give to Holy Family today and join the movement. Big or small - your gift makes an immediate impact on the lives of our students.
When you donate, $12 in our 12th year as a regional school, your gift will have an immediate impact in an area of great need. This year, donate $12 to help purchase an early childhood playground in the rear of the school, or support technology upgrades in the middle school. You can always give to what means most to you.
Donate $12 on Giving Tuesday through the outlet easiest for you: Facebook, the school website, the QR code, send a check or cash into school (in an envelope marked "Giving Tuesday"). Please make a gift today and have an impact every day.
If your organization has a United Way Campaign, and you would like to designate your gift to Holy Family, the United Way designation code is 51525.
Holy Family graciously accepts corporate matching gifts. Ask your employer for details. Contact Ms. Mary Ann Conway with questions on making a donation of any size.
Thank you for your kind consideration.
