Park Hill Clothing Center Information
The Park Hill Clothing Center would like to thank all of the families who have contributed to our facility. For anyone not familiar with the clothing center there is more information here: https://www.parkhill.k12.mo.us/families/pta-clothing-center
If anyone needs to “shop” (the clothes are free) please sign up for a time slot here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/508084fa4a72ba0fa7-ptapark
Volunteers are greatly needed! We have been fortunate to have received numerous donations, however we’ve had a difficult time hanging up all of the incoming clothes. There are two sign up genius links for volunteers: There is one sign up genius for the 2-4 pm timeslot every Tuesday that doesn't have shoppers present. That sign up is here and students are welcome to help out https://www.signupgenius.com/go/508084fa4a72ba0fa7-canyou
Then there is a second sign up for the Tuesday 10-12pm and 5-7pm slots when shoppers will be there. When shoppers are present we can't have students helping due to confidentiality. That sign up is here: https://www.signupgenius.com/.../508084fa4a72ba0fa7...
We appreciate all of your help!!

Trunk or Treat Friday Focus!
Last chance to pre-order dinner. Please help us meet our minimum!
Hawthorn PTA is partnering with Chick-Fil-A's food truck so Trunk-or-Treat is your family's one-stop-shop for dinner & trick-or-treating on Friday, 10/29. Due to staffing constraints, Chick-Fil-A asked that all orders be submitted by Sunday, 10/24. Please submit your family's pre-order here. Walk-up orders will not be available!
Please note, if Hawthorn does not meet the minimum order requirement ($600), refunds will be issued the week of 10/25. We've developed an inclement weather plan so the event will not be cancelled due to weather but if your family pre-orders and does not participate in the event, we're unable to issue refunds.

If you plan to trick-or-treat next Friday and haven't signed up already, please sign up here to reserve a spot for your child(ren). One slot per child, non-Hawthorn siblings are welcome!
