The Osprey "Tree" drive kicks off Friday, December 1st. There are "wish" tags on the tree and ready for the choosing.

Important Message!
- Helping Our Community, Helping Ourselves - On November 29, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. The St. Mary's County Rotary Clubs will present an Opioid Prevention Workshop. The workshop is supported by SMCPS, Health Department, Sheriff's Office, MedStar St. Mary's Hospital, and Walden Sierra.

- Elementary Math: In the event that we are able to pursue a textbook adoption, we would like to collect input prior to beginning the process. Click here to access the Mathematics Textbook Adoption Input Survey. Please share with your staff and have them complete this survey by December 4th. This information is important as it will be used to inform the textbook adoption process as we move forward.
- Elementary Math: Based on popular demand, we will be offering last year's Fraction Foundations workshop to fifth-grade teachers on Wednesday, December 6 at Loveville Training Center from 8:30 - 3:30. Substitutes will be provided We have 24 seats available. One space for each school will be held until Tuesday, November 28th, when remaining seats will be opened up. Have all interested participants sign up. There is a place on the form to indicate the school's primary participant. Other seats will be filled on on first come, first served basis. A second workshop for the third and fourth grade will be offered in January. This will also go out in the Math Memo. Additional information will follow. Registration Form.
