What's the Big Deal?
The problem in Central America starts with tectonic plates and weather.
2010 In Haiti
In 2010 Haiti had a gigantic earthquake that rattled the poor country. The earthquake devasted many people who live there. Terrible weather hit the same place a few months later and destroyed what was left of the infrastructure. today people are still without homes in the rebuilding country.

Effect 1
The first effect of natural disasters is the destruction of basic infastructure.

The second effect is money is spent to help the people in the area and pay for the damage done to the land and infrastructure.
Effect 3
The last effect of the disasters is that the GDP will go down.

Hurricane Ivan destroyed many homes and buildings.

Major 7.3 magnitude struck in the Pacific ocean near Honduras.
Lowering Eruption
Volcanic eruption knocked down parts of this forest, but it will recuperate and regrow.
Can There Be A Solution?
Explaning the Solution...
The solution is simple. To educate the people how to rebuild and build stronger buildings. You must create organizations, like schools, that help to educate the citizens of Central America.

Effect 1
The first effect will be better educated citizens in Central America.
Effect 2
The second effect would be that the buildings and other infrastructure will be stronger to survive other disasters.
Effect 3
Another effect would be that more people would want to be citizens of Central America because of the strong infrastructure and raise the region's economy.

This design might withstand an earthquake in Central America.

You don't always need teachers and textbooks to educate the citizens in Central America.
