STAFF UPDATES
We will celebrate by having the Freckled and Blue Food Truck to host lunch for all staff! Come hungry!
SUNNY MULKEY will move from EIP back to being a full-time member of the Third Grade Team!
RICHARD WILLIAMSON will rock small group special education next year!
NATALIE LAMPERT will co-teach Kindergarten with Amy Barnes.
BROOK ROZEN will be a .5 EIP teacher next year! We are excited to have an EIP Team of Katie Walker, Meagan Allred (.5 EIP, .5 RTI/504/Student Support), and Brook! We have been working on schedules and are excited that we will have two full-time allotments to support EIP all of next year!
BUCCANEER BRAVOS
- KUDOS to OUR BUCCANEER LEADERSHIP TEAM (BLT) for a great year! Team leaders have done a wonderful job this year of keeping the flow of information going and of implementing the basic elements of PLC's: norms, norm protocols, agendas, and effective/efficient meetings!
- A TROPHY TO OUR PE TRIO for organizing an incredible Field Day! Thank you, Chuck, Sam, and Carissa for planning a super fun day for our kids!
- ENCORE, Amanda Gardner! Our kids did great as they tried to sing the National Anthem - during the rainout! A redo of the game will take place on August 30th @ 7:35pm. Keep your original tickets and parking passes - they will work for the game!

- Clearly separate boxes/items/furniture (STAY or MOVE)
- Label each stack as STAY IN CLASSROOM or MOVE TO ROOM #_________. Signs available beginning Monday in office.
- It is not necessary to label each and every box as long as you have the designated stack labeled.
Furniture requests – email John directly.
- SPEND TIME THINKING ABOUT THE FURNITURE YOU WANT NEXT YEAR and request before you leave for summer. Except for new to Mt. Bethel Staff, furniture requests to change your classroom to and from tables/desks, etc. will not be accepted.

MICROSOFT INNOVATIVE EDUCATOR (MIE) TRAINING OPPORTUNITY
Be an educational change agent and join us for a Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE) journey! In this course, you should be prepared to embrace a growth mindset and explore Microsoft Office 365 for Education technologies such as OneNote, Class Notebooks, Sway, Teams and Skype combined with various digital age classroom elements that will transform student learning. The course will align to Georgia Standards of Excellence, ISTE Student Standards, and include hands-on activities that will leverage technology use in the classroom. Basic skills knowledge of Microsoft is helpful Each participant will leave the journey with useful ideas and tools they can implement in their classroom. Successful completion of this course will lead to becoming a certified Microsoft Innovative Educator.
