What Exactly Is Stress?

Stress is a feeling that is created when we react to certain events. Everyone's body reaction to stress is different, like sometimes people's hands will get cold, or they could get hot and clammy. Some things that people do when they are stressed, is eat a lot, or eat nothing at all. Stress can also cause emotions, such as fear, sadness, and anxiety. Not all stress is bad. There is good stress, because you need to be stressed for certain things, like if something bad is going to happen. If you are dealing with too much stress, then you can go to a trusted friend, adult, or family member.
