Pirates Of The Month
Elliot Setliff - Kindergarten
Elliot always displays responsibility, respect, kindness, and honesty. Elliot is an extremely sweet student who always has a smile on her face and is ready to learn. She is always eager to help others and is always following the Pirate Code without being asked. She is always setting a great example for her peers.lowing the Pirate Code without being asked. She is always setting a great example for her peers.
Antonio Rosas-3rd Grade
Antonio is the perfect example of a Pirate. He is always prepared to learn and try something new. If there's another student who doesn't understand something he will always take the time to help them in any way he can. He is always respectful to not only the staff of Lubbock Cooper but also to his classmates. He is always first to check on someone and ask if they are okay. You will always hear him saying "Yes ma'am," or "No ma'am," to adults when he is asked a question. He takes the time to say "Thank you," to the cafeteria staff as he is leaving the cafeteria every day.
He is also very helpful when it comes to technology. He is very knowledgeable in it and is always open to helping fellow classmates if they are having issues with their iPads.
