WHERE DID YOU GROW UP AND HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN TEACHING?

I was born in Indiana. At the age of 6 we moved to Illinois. At the age of 10 we moved to Houston Texas where I finished school and attended college at Texas Tech. So I spent most of my life in Texas. My parents still live in Texas.


DO YOU HAVE ANY CHILDREN OR FUR BABIES?

I have 2 college age children. My son is the oldest, Jonathan, and is studying to become a physical therapist. My daughter is studying to be a college math teacher. Both of my students attended BVM and BVH. I have 2 pets. A 5 year old male cat named Harold and a 21 year old female cat named Chibi, which means “little one” in Japanese. They are fun and friendly.


WHAT ARE YOUR THREE BEST SKILLS?

My 3 best skills are: 1. I love to garden and have a large vegetable garden. 2. I love to fish and usually catch lots of fish. 3. I love to camp and hike too. I’m friendly and helpful by nature and I love helping other people.


WHICH PROFESSIONAL SPORTS TEAM IS YOUR IS YOUR FAVORITE?

My favorite sports team is the San Diego Padres. I love baseball!!!!


WHAT IS ONE THING ON YOUR BUCKET LIST?

One thing on my bucket list is to go to Alaska – fish – hike and see the Northern Lights.

Hi,

My name is Adriana Pereira and I am a member of the ASB. I have been a part of this club for about a year. I am interested in art, comedy, and theater. I am looking forward to making our campus more inviting and efficient. Hopefully we all get to see each other soon. Can't wait!
