The Regional Transition Council is a collaboration networking opportunity for professionals serving students with disabilities in the transition process which begins at age 14. In collaboration, we will identify barriers that students with disabilities face when they enter the workforce and work collaboratively to address these barriers. The council is open teachers, administrators, local businesses, agency service providers, parents, and more. As a team, we will increase everyone’s knowledge of services available to our students with disabilities to improve their postsecondary outcomes.
