Summer School Registration Opens Soon
In-Person & Remote Classes Offered
Hello District 103 Families,
District 103’s in-person and remote learning summer school opportunities for all students will be available for enrollment on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 after 9:00 a.m.! Registration will close on Friday, March 19 at 9:00 p.m. - No late requests to enroll will be allowed.
IN-PERSON LEARNING SUMMER SCHOOL INFORMATION
All COVID-19 mitigation strategies that have been implemented during the regular school year will continue during in-person summer school programs.
The cost to register for an in-person POD is $350.00 per student
Students must register for all 4 classes
Students may leave after any class period* (*parent/guardian transportation only)
District 103 transportation is available for in-person students for a one-time fee of $150.00
In response to COVID-19 mitigation measures, in-person learning students will only be able to register for one group/POD. A POD will consist of 4 classes. The classes will be predetermined based on previous years’ enrollment. There will be 4 groups/PODs for each grade range. Within each POD, the grade range will offer the same classes. Students will travel together as a group to each of their 4 classes.
In-person classes will be held at Daniel Wright Junior High School
Remote Learning students can attend up to 4 different classes - please be aware of the period number and time(s) for each ZOOM class
Remote Summer School fees are $80.00 per class
Students may register for 1, 2, 3, or 4 classes
Remote classes will be held via ZOOM
IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration links can be found on the District 103 Summer School Website. Links will be live beginning March 9, 2021 after 9 a.m.
Students should be enrolled in classes for the grade level most recently completed
Your student's ID number is needed for registration
Remote and in-person Enrichment, Intervention and English Learner Summer School will take place from Tuesday, June 8 through Wednesday, June 30, 2021
All remote and in-person classes will be 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)
All remote and in-person classes will occur between 8:30 a.m. and 12:05 p.m.
Full payment is required to complete your registration - If the class doesn't meet the 8 child minimum, then the class may be canceled and refunds will be issued as soon as possible.
No refunds will be issued after registration.

Camp 103 Club
Camp 103 Club is for all District 103 children in kindergarten through fifth grade remote and in-person. Children do NOT need to participate in 103 Club during the school year to attend Camp 103 Club, however, students MUST attend District 103 summer school to attend Camp 103 Club. Camp 103 Club operates after District 103 summer school hours. Camp will be held at Sprague School. Transportation from summer school to camp is included. If you need transportation from home to summer school you must pay the transportation fee and parents will need to pick up from camp.
Camp 103 Club offers activities, such as sports, arts & crafts, cooking, science, one field trip each week, as well as a healthy snack. New this summer, each camp group will go to the Lincolnshire Swim Club one day per week from 1:00 to 2:20 p.m. Camp 103 Club is staffed by caring, experienced professionals.
Camp will operate during District 103 summer school from Tuesday, June 8 through Wednesday, June 30.
- Afternoon Adventurers: 12:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for a total cost of $700
