1 Year Old Pit Mix!

Queen Elizabeth may be royalty, but she says she can't wait to be part of someone's home and doesn't care if they're princely or commoner.

Queenie became a mother at a young age, and by all reports was a terrific mom. She's barely out of puppyhood herself and now is just a girl who wants to have fun, playing chase with her foster mom and foster dog buddies. When not romping with her doggie friends, she's happy to entertain herself with toys.

Something unknown in her background may have made her a little unsure of humans when first meeting them, but with love and reassurance, she's learning to trust. And if she sees another dog getting some loving from her person, she's quick to ask to share in it.

Queenie is house- and crate-trained. She loves going for walks and is working on her leash training. A smart, well-mannered girl, she learned the æsit' and ædown' commands in only a few minutes.

Her foster mom says any family will be lucky to have Queenie in their home. She will do best in a home with older kids, a yard to romp in, and maybe a four-legged playmate or two. Come meet this adorable girl and claim her for your own.

And remember, all APA adoptions come with free behavior assistance through APA's behavior team!
