A message from our Yearbook Coordinator
Hello Fanning Families!
I am going to be the Yearbook Coordinator for this year and I am excited to get started! We will be using Pictavo again this year and if you do not have a free account with them to upload your pics for yearbook consideration, you can set one up at https://commpe.pictavo.com .
My goal is to have photos from specific events, such as first day of school, jog-a-thon, B.E.S.T. Track Meet, etc. uploaded within two weeks of the event taking place. Reminders will be posted to this group as well as in Mrs. Stevens' newsletters. I am also looking at bringing back the Yearbook Cover Art Contest for our 6th graders. I will be sending out more info related to the yearbook in the weeks ahead.
What an exciting first day of school! Ok parents, let's see those first day of school pictures you want to have considered for the yearbook!!
The deadline to upload your first day of school photos to Pictavo is 9/2/19. If you do not have an account, you can create one for free at https://commpe.pictavo.com .If you have any questions or problems uploading your photos, please email Mr. Yerkish at fanningyearbook20@gmail.com.

Morning drop off time is no earlier than 8:30am because there is no supervision until that time.
The driveway leading into our parking lot is not a pedestrian crosswalk. Please help us in modeling for our students who walk to school to not cross that driveway. Pedestrians are difficult for drivers to see on the driveway.
Please make true stops when on Apricot as you are entering the parking lot and be aware of others turning from the other lane.
There is no street parking on Apricot Ave. on the side where our school is located during drop-off and pick-up times.
At no time should a vehicle ever be left unless you are in a parking spot.
Be considerate of our district (yellow) buses so they can park on the green curbside.
* It is understandable that we are all in a hurry but please know our highest concern is the safety of students and families. Allow extra time for traffic and treat others with respect and patience. We teach our students to be kind and hope they see that in our community everyday. Thank you for always supporting the growth of our students!
