UNIT THREE- DRAMA

"The play's the thing!"

Overview

For this unit, we will examine the historical evolution of drama and create our own production through a collaborative project. The unit begins with a look at the beginnings of drama and how it has changed over the millennia. This will include a look at the traditional elements of a stage performance such as character, staging, dialogue, etc. from Classical Greek up to contemporary theater.

Then, small groups will write a play together!
