Academic Support

Academic Support begins the week of October 7th. Meetings will take place from 2:20pm-3:10pm in room 569. Meetings are held on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. A calendar will be posted each month for specific meeting dates and changes.

Important Information for 8th Grade Families

A representative from the Freehold Regional High School District Magnet Program will be here during the school day this week to speak with 8th graders on the available options for high school magnet programs. Additional information on these programs may be found here: http://bit.ly/2lOGJq4

Bagel Sales

Students: Bagel sales are held each full day of school, unless otherwise noted. Bagels are $2 each (choice of plain, butter, or cream cheese) and a bottle of water is $1.

Parents/Guardians: Volunteers are needed to help with bagel sales! If you have some time in the morning and would like to help out, please email ddeptofreehold@gmail.com - Thank you!

PTO Corner

  • Please join us for the first PTO Meeting of the 2019-2020 School Year on Monday, September 16th at 6:30pm in the STEAM Center for an opportunity to meet our new PTO Executive Board and hear about some of the things we are planning. We welcome all ideas and are always looking for volunteers!
  • School Spirit Wear sales will run until September 20th. Please fill out the School Spirit Wear form (http://bit.ly/2kx4VwK) and send it to the main office with cash or check made out to DDE PTO. Please put it in an envelope and label it with the following: DDE PTO School Spirit Wear. Please also include your child's name and homeroom on the outside of the envelope.

Free and Reduced Lunch Program

For those currently using the government assisted lunch program, please be aware the expiration date is October 22, 2019. In order to avoid interruption in this service, please complete the 2019-2020 application as soon as possible. Please note that any lunch charges incurred after the expiration date are your responsibility. These forms are also to be used by new applicants. Following is the form to apply for Free and Reduced Lunch:

Flavor of Freehold

On Tuesday, October 9th and Wednesday, October 10th from 5:30pm-8:00pm, many restaurants, bars, and shops will participate in a unique tour of downtown Freehold in support of the Freehold Municipal Alliance to Prevent Substance Abuse.
