• PACK THE POD FOOD DRIVE-WSL Food Drive November 13-17. Please help by donating. Attached is a list of the items the Andover Food Bank needs.

• Boys interested in playing basketball should plan to attend the a meeting during Central Time on Friday, November 17th
• Friday, November 17th is our school dance from 6:00pm-7:30pm. Admission is $1. Money raised will be donated to the Andover Food Bank.

Wrestling goes to Maize on Tuesday. We have had several wrestlers place the last two weekends. Congratulation to the following:

1st place: Jayden Stadalman, Carter Rubio, Jaxon Gawith, and Cable Williamson. 2nd place: Kasen Reed, Bobby Sands, Xavier Knight, Logan Meschke, Alijah Wells, and Grace Thorstenberg. 3rd place: Landon Breese, Christian Mickiewicz, Matthew Scott, Sadie Unruh, Nick Luina, Brecken Von Merveldt, Gabe Hunt, Josh Cubero, and Aiden Hamel. 4th place: Palmer Randolph, Fynn Aluise, Elijah Johnson, Carson Davis, Caleb Stevens, and Colin Roesle.

Boys Basketball Tryouts will be: December 18th and 19th. Practices will not start until January 5th.

Dave and Busters PowerPlay Cards Now on Sale - Back by popular demand! PAWS is selling Dave and Busters PowerPlay cards again this year. Cards are $20 each, can be used nationwide, come with extra chips, and never expire. These make great gifts, especially for out-of-town family and friends this year because PAWS will mail the cards purchased to anyone within the US. We are looking for parent volunteers to support StuCo's Fall Dance, Friday November 17, 2023 6-7pm. Only parent volunteers will be allowed into the dance.

Remember that student(s) will need $1 to enter the dance; the money collected will go to StuCo's donation to the AUMC Food Bank. PAWS will have the concession stand open selling goodies and have Chik-fil-A sandwiches for purchase for $6 each.

8th Grade won most attendance to Wrestling and most Veterans Day Tshirts.

Our Score is now 8th-14, 7th-13, and 6th-15

This coming week we are looking at the grade level with the highest attendance to girls basketball game, class that brings the most for the food drive, and the highest attendance to the dance!

Please have physicals and final forms completed if your child plans to participate in Fall sports. Links to both are attached below.

Please note that your child will not be allowed to participate in any school sports program until the KSHSAA physical examination form and the Final Forms registration process are complete.

Andover Central Middle School is moving to online tickets for all games and will no longer be accepting cash at the gate, in alignment with Andover Central High School. This transition means that tickets for various events can now be conveniently pre-purchased online or at the gate using a card. By eliminating the need for cash transactions, the school aims to streamline the ticketing process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for students, parents, and staff. With this move, Andover Central Middle School is not only embracing technological advancements but also fostering a safer and more convenient environment for all stakeholders involved in their events and activities. Cash and Cards will be accepted at the Concession Stands.
