ARRIVAL/DISMISSAL REMINDERS
Arrival: Grady County Officials have placed NO PASSING Signs along Sooner Road. Please do not pass while waiting in line. The buses will be allowed to pass so that they can drive in to drop off students. This is coordinated with the Grady County Sheriff and the BCPS Director of Transportation. As you get close to the parking lot, please do not pass in order to park. We ask that you wait until you can enter the parking lot or until you can turn into a parking spot along the road. Once you reach the parking lot, we ask that you go right if you wish to drop off. If you wish to park and walk your child to the building, please pull into the left side of the drop off lane and then turn left to park in the first row of the parking lot. If you drop off in the ECC parking lot, please do not block the entrance to the Arbor Glen neighborhood while you are waiting in line. The doors open at 8:05 each morning. School begins at 8:30.
Dismissal:
Please drive with caution when leaving the parking lot each day. Look out for parents and students walking to their car. Please be courteous to other drivers. Take turns and let others in line as you are exiting the parking lot. BCIS Car Riders are released at 4:05 each day. At 4:15, we will move students to the office if they have not been picked up.

Arrival and Dismissal
A few reminders…
Sooner Road will be closed between the EC Parking Lot and the IS Parking Lot for an hour each morning and afternoon. Pedestrian traffic may enter the barricaded area at the crosswalk. There will not be any car traffic allowed inside the barricades. Please see the pictures below for the details. The preferred way of drop off for car riders is driving through the West Parking lot. Students will exit the car at the blue awning. ECC Students may be dropped off in the BCIS drop off line. We are discouraging parking and walking after the first week of school.
Parents can walk students to the entry of the building in the morning but may not enter the building. Entry points are on the West side of BCIS at the blue awning, the front doors by the office and the front doors of the 3/4 Building.
Afternoon pickup will be like last school year. Parents will park and walk to the pickup areas on the West side of BCIS. Parents will bring the car rider pickup cards everyday for pick up.

BOOSTERTHON BOBCAT DANCE FIT
In just 3 weeks, we’ll kick off our Bobcat Dance Fit on September 21st! Our goal is to raise $20,000 for school improvements and teacher grants. This year more than ever, we need additional funds to provide an excellent educational experience for all of our students. We completely understand if your family is not in a position to financially support the school right now. You can still be involved by simply SHARING about our fundraiser with friends and extended family online at mybooster.com. Sharing IS supporting! All students will participate in the Bobcat Dance Fit, regardless of financial participation. We will also be following our school safety guidelines to ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone.
We appreciate your support more than you know. More details to come as we get closer to kickoff!
