Your inside scoop to ALL things 4th grade!
Our Monarch Butterfly Waystation
Exciting News!!! Our first Monarch was spotted in the 4th grade Waystation. We are getting our tags ready! Now that we know our little friends are busy, we also need to keep an eye out for eggs and larvae that we can bring inside our classrooms to allow them to morph safely.
Thank you to all the families who have signed up for ClassDojo and connected with music, art and PE to receive daily updates on your child's conduct in our classes. If you haven't had a chance to connect, please take the time to sign up today. The instructions can be found on the information letter you received on the first day of school. If you need another copy of this information letter, please contact Gayle.Lambert@gcisd.net. We look forward to sharing the wonderful things your child is doing in specials.
2. Student birthdays may be celebrated with pencils and other small items, but food may not be sent in due to district policy. Book donations to the classroom or library may be made in honor of your child's special day. Birthdays will be recognized in the classroom at the end of the day.
3. Your child will need a pair of headphones to use with his/her iPad in class each day. Please label them and send these to class as soon as you can.
4. Follow your child's teacher on Twitter: @GESCurnow, @GESRedmon, @GESBailey, @GESMitchell, @GESStackfleth.
