LAST WEEK OF OUR MARCH OF DIMES CAMPAIGN! LET'S SHOW THEM THE CARING PIRATES OF LCMS!
P.S...LAST WEEK LBMS WAS IN THE LEAD, SO LET'S MAKE A RUN THIS LAST WEEK OF THE DONATION DRIVE! WE CAN DO THIS LCMS!
"Lubbock-Cooper Cares"
March of Dimes Campaign
When an individual donates online, they will receive an email containing a printable of a little Pirate. We would love for our Lubbock-Cooper families to print these little Pirates, decorate them, and display them in windows in the front of their homes to encourage neighbors and passers-by to donate, as well!
On Friday, May 15, we will wrap up this campaign and announce two winners: the campus that raises the most money, and the campus with the highest percentage of participation. It would be so helpful to have your support as a parent organization! Please help us spread the word and help your campus WIN! (The winning principals will be "arrested" by LCISD Police Officers and treated to something extra special!)
We know this is a unique and unprecedented time in our community, but the Pirate family continues to grow. Babies are still being born, and mothers still need assistance. Please consider joining us as we build the future, one baby at a time!

WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER
Parents,
As we begin to plan for Material Collections and Student Distribution, please know that there are guidelines that we MUST follow and we need to ensure cooperation from all parents and students. Our number ONE GOAL is the ensure SAFETY of our LCMS community.
* Entry into the building is VERY limited. It is our desire to have ALL procedures done through drive-thru.
- If inside the building, we have to be six feet apart with no more than five people in the building at a time.
- NO HANGING OUT in the building visiting with staff or friends.
- Entry and departure must be staggered to allow students and staff to maintain social distancing while entering and departing.
- All students, parents (or legal guardians), and/or visitors will be screened before they access a school facility for new or worsening signs or symptoms of possible COVID-19
- IF YOU HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO OR ARE CARING FOR A LOVED ONE THAT HAS BEEN EXPOSED TO THE VIRUS, PLEASE EMAIL MRS. GUNSET (tgunset@lcisd.net) AND WE WILL MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOU TO RETURN SCHOOL ITEMS.
