6th Grade Promotion

The Hillsboro School District has not yet announced permission or guidelines for end of year celebrations. Guidelines are going to be based on country metrics and will likely not be shared until well in May. We'll keep our fingers crossed and hope that we can have a celebration for our 6th grade students.

Plan for sick child in Hybrid?

If your student plans on returning in person for hybrid, it will be good to have a plan in place in case they show signs of illness and need to be sent home. Students that show signs of illness in the morning, should stay at home and participate remotely via CDL as they are able. Bring Chromebook To In Person Learning

For student returning to in person learning, they should bring their CHARGED Chromebook with them. We likely cannot support non-hsd machines at school. It is recommended to use a Chromebook. If your student needs a Chromebook, one will be provided to them when they arrive. If you know your child is going to need one - please COMPLETE THIS FORM so we can anticipate and have one ready for them.
