What is a Hard Disk
A hard disk is something that you can store data on. Its like a floppy disk but stores 10 - 100 gigabits whereas most floppies have a maximum storage capacity 1.4 megabytes. the difference between a Hard disk and a memory unit is that, a hard disk is a spindle of magnetic discs that can hold several gigabytes of data, on the other hand a memory unit is a device that holds your data also known as (RAM) Random Access memory.unlike the hard disk the RAM consists as a small chip also known as Memory Modules.
