Principal's Blog

Greetings Seminoles,

I would like to briefly bring to your attention the importance of educating our scholars on the proper use of technology. We have experienced a rise in student conflict that often stems from students lack of ability to properly communicate through their personal devices. We are preparing to address students inappropriate usage of social media from a school wide campaign that focuses on student conflict. I am asking that all stakeholders join us by agreeing to communicate with our scholars on how to communicate properly when there is an issue that they are facing that can lead to conflict. I believe that through strengthening relationships and opportunities to communicate, we will see a decline with this issue. Our general purpose is to "Keep the Main Thing, The Main Thing" and focus on student overall success. We will continue to serve our scholars and remain MISSION FOCUSED.

Thank You

The Final 15 Continues

It is our goal to ensure students are able to display their knowledge of mastering the learning target each day in class. The Final 15 minutes of each class is reserved for teachers to assess student mastery of the learning target using strategies that will give data on student progress. Teachers will use this information to inform instruction in the following class. Academic Instruction is a key element to the success of Creekside High School and we can all be apart of ensuring students are prepared to display their knowledge in class and on assessments. To find out more about Creekside HS #TheFinal15 contact a Creekside teacher or school administrator.

Black History at Creekside HS

We would like to thank all staff and students for their participation in Black History Month 2019. The school was decorated with art work, Devine Nine greek paraphanalia, and concluded with a student fashion show. It is important that students understand the accomplishments that African-Americans have contributed to our country and world. Thank you again for all who led and participated.
