Congratulations on completing your 30 Days to Healthy Living Program!


We hope that you are proud of yourself and of what you have accomplished.


At this point you should have completed your final weigh in, taken your measurements and pictures to track your progress. Take some time to look through these different measurements and see what you have accomplished!


We also hope that you feel proud of yourself for making such a powerful decision in your life to improve your health. You only have one body and you want to make sure that you are doing the best that you can to take care of it!

WHAT'S NEXT?

At this point you may be wondering, "What's next?"


You get to choose what is next for you and we ask you to start with this:

Reassess what it is you want to achieve in the NEXT 30 days. (30 days are small - yet large enough- increments of time to work in) and tailor your program for you to achieve your desired results.

Recommendations:


  • You can choose to stay on the program as is until you reach your desired results (choosing this option will help you achieve results FASTER)
  • You can begin to re-introduce the foods that you eliminated. We recommend that you re-introduce one food at a time and pay CLOSE ATTENTION to how you FEEL after eating said food.
  • You continue on the program following the 80/20 rule
  • Find an accountability partner (find a friend to do the program with you or ask your Independent Consultant for guidance)
  • Create your own personal INCENTIVE for reaching your new goal. For example: "one I get in 12 workouts in May I'm going to book a 60 minute massage."

The 80/20 rules means that you stay on the plan 80% of the time. What does 80% of the time mean?


Example: If you eat 3 meals a day, seven days a week this equals 21 meals in one week. 20% of this means that you can have TWO meals in one week that are off plan.


Maybe your 20% means you drink wine occasionally, or that you add coffee back into the plan.


The best piece of advice that we can give is this:


DECIDE WHAT YOUR 20% WILL BE!

Be crystal clear about it.


What we often see is that there is no clear decision on the 20% and it becomes a very slippery slope from 20% to 30% to 40% and before you know it you are back to your old ways of eating, not feeling great, getting cravings, gaining weight, etc.


If you are uncertain on what to do then ask your Independent Consultant or drop a comment in our Creation Nation Healthy Living Community and have others who are on the BEYOND 30 days portion of their program, guide you based on their experiences.
