The 100th Day of School is NOW FEBRUARY 2ND due to our recent SNOW DAY! Remember, the children are encouraged to celebrate 100 in any way they see fit! Let's see what they've got up their sleeves!

As a reminder, all Montessori 6th graders whose residence is WEST of 75 will automatically roll into Gamble Montessori High School. Families may opt-out of the seat if choosing to attend another CPS school. Please contact Brittany in the main office if you have any questions!

How can I get involved at GME?

There are many fun and fulfilling ways to be a community builder at GME. From sponsoring

classroom pets to tutoring students or participating in staff/teacher appreciation events.

We want to help you get involved in the GME community!

The most beneficial session for me was the stress session because I realized through the session that sometimes things can be going down outside of your home that causes stress on the inside of your home. We are abuzz with excitement about our upcoming Books Alive! For Kids® installment of Firebird by Misty Copeland for Black History Month at Gamble Montessori Elementary School (GME).

Learning Through Art will deliver 11 classroom book packs and 175 individual crafts to GME for Pre-K on Friday, February 3rd. GME Pre-K classes will have the month of February to bring the book alive through sight, sound, and touch.

For the immersive experience, Revolution Dance Theatre is going to provide a truly remarkable rendition of Firebird in a live performance on Tuesday, February 28th at 9am at GME. David Choate is the Founder and Producing Artistic Director.
