IMPORTANT! MEDICATION AUTHORIZATION FORM
• If your BHS student needs medicine at school this school year, we require new forms to be turned in at the start of each school year. The Prescriber and Parent Authorization Form can be found on the Health Services web page on the Madison County Schools website: https://goo.gl/Fk8pky or a hard copy can be provided by the school on request.
• Each medication will need it's own form. Prescription medication needs to be in the original container with an intact, readable pharmacy label.
• Any over the counter medicine must new and in an unopened bottle.

Senior Portraits - Class of 2019
Prestige Portraits by Lifetouch is our official senior portrait photographer. Detailed information has been sent home regarding senior portraits from Prestige Portraits. We do recommend 2019 seniors be photographed during the summer before your busy senior year begins, as this will also assist in meeting yearbook deadlines. To schedule your session, please call Prestige Portraits as soon as possible at 256-382-2798 or visit their scheduling website at prestige.gettimely.com

Sign Up to Round Up!
The Round Up Program was started by The Schools Foundation and Huntsville Utilities to support local public school systems. The Schools Foundation is a funding partner of Madison County Schools. The more residential and commercial locations that round up, the more funding we can receive. Estimates show that if just half of the residential Huntsville Utilities users rounded up, it would generate approximately $500,000 to support our schools! By rounding up your utility bill to the nearest dollar each month, you help invest in the future of our students!
You can easily sign up to round up online:
http://www.hsvutil.org/myhsvu…/checkbill/roundup/signup.html
It might be a penny, it might be 25 cents, it might be 99 cents, but it will be no more than $11.88 a year. It takes less than 1 minute to fill out.
Thank you for supporting one of our community partners! Go Bucks!
