One School, One Book
We’re excited to announce that we will begin our annual One School, One Book starting in January.
One School, One Book will create a shared reading experience across our school community. Reading a book together brings the added joy of building and expanding a sense of community among students, parents, teachers and staff.
Every Flyer Time classroom will get a copy of Concealed by Christina Diaz Gonzalez (funded by a grant from PTG). We will follow a common schedule to read the book aloud. All classrooms at Truman will have group discussions and activities going along with Concealed.
If your child would like their own copy, Novel Neighbor has given us a great price and ordering link: https://thenovelneighbor.com/school-visits/truman All orders will be delivered here to Truman.
Gift cards and pizza: A few of our favorite things!
We have TWO ways you can help support Truman this December if you are willing and able!
We've added an online option for pizza sales!
Order forms came home in backpacks OR you can print the order form OR you can now order online.
Forms and money are due by 12/14. Pizza distribution will be after winter break. 40% of funds received will be donated back to Truman.
