Mrs. Elizondo & Bethany Beardsley
Trash Bash T-Shirt Design Winner!
Each year the City of Burleson holds a Trash Bash and Earth Celebration. Before the scheduled event, the city receives entries of t-shirt designs from students in BISD. Mrs. Elizondo, one of Hughes' art teacher, has her students submit entries in to the contest. Each year, for the past 4 years, one of her students has won the contest. This year is no different.
Bethany Beardsley, an Art 2 student, created and submitted a design. Her design was selected from the entries and is now printed on all the volunteer shirts for the event.
Congratulations Bethany!!!!
