Welcome!
How Does It Work?
Before you start “pinning away”, look at the guidelines below to ensure that you meet all the requirements to earn the 3 hours of Required PD Credit.
Review this rubric: https://goo.gl/aDb9Ii.
Select one instructional strategy or concept that aligns with a personal classroom, campus, or district goal.
Create a board using the instructional strategy or focus as the title.
Be selective: Compile a board of 10-15 VALUABLE PINS related to your strategy or concept. *see below for more information
All pins must link to a blog, a viable resource, or article that pertains to the topic that you chose.
Before you pin, change the caption to reflect a summary of what you learned from the pin.
Try it out! Apply what you learned in your classroom.
You must include a link to an artifact from your classroom showing evidence of learning to receive credit. Artifacts may include: student work or a student created product, lesson video, teacher created product, etc.
Once you have pinned 10-15 GREAT ideas related to your instructional strategy/focus, and have tried it out in your classroom, complete this form (also linked below).
What makes a VALUABLE pin?
When selecting pins, consideration should be given to the following:
Alignment to personal classroom/campus goal
Reflection of developmentally appropriate approach
Quality of technology integration
Engaging and effective activities
Requirement of reflection and deep learning
Geared to diverse learners, interests, and needs
Quality of assessment opportunities
Authentic learning experiences
NOTE: Pins to this board should NOT link to: Teachers Pay Teachers, social media, or photo sharing websites
