What do we deliver?

We can deliver anything from produce to can goods. We make our deliveries immediately after purchase to ensure the freshest goods possible.

Who do we deliver to?

We currently only deliver to Briarwyck residents in Roanoke, TX.

How do you place an order?

You can place an order by filling out a secure order form. Please indicate the store, quantities, sizes, portions, flavors, or any other identifying quality so that we can be sure you’re getting exactly what you want.

When will you get your delivery?

You can place your order as late as 2pm on delivery day and you will get your order that very evening, no later than 7pm.

What if you need your delivery on another day or at a specific time?

We do our best to accommodate special requests. In some cases you can pick up your delivery at your convenience at our house. Frozen and cold items will be preserved until your arrival. Please contact us with your specific questions or needs and we’ll see what we can do!

Do you need to be home to accept delivery?

No, you do not need to be home, but you’ll miss our smiling faces! If you just can’t be home, you can make an arrangement for payment and we’ll leave your order at a specified location at your home. However, if your order contains frozen or perishable items you may want to arrange a pick-up time. Please contact us with your specific questions or needs and we’ll step you through that process.

Do we deliver alcohol or wine?

So sorry, we are minors and are not allowed to purchase alcohol or wine.

How do you pay for your delivery?

At this time we are only able to accept cash or check for deliveries. Payment is required upon delivery. You will receive an original receipt from the store as well as a delivery receipt showing your total purchase.

What if your order is wrong?

We do our best to make sure your order is accurate. If we make a mistake, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Will we make substitutions?

We only make substitutions when an item is out of stock if you specify on your order that a substitution is ok.

Is the entire business run by kids?

I, Preston (age 12) and my brother Connor (age 7) run the business with the help of our mom – she does all the driving! We are learning key principles in how to manage and run a small business by helping to do the shopping, organizing, advertising, and other financial decisions. We rely on our parents to help supervise so that things run smoothly.
