Principal's Message

As we continue to move through the first trimester, it is obvious how hard our students and staff are working. Upcoming conferences are a great time to communicate the progress you're seeing with your student as well of any areas of concern. This current school year has made the connection between school and home even stronger.

This Thanksgiving take time to reflect on what you and your family are grateful for. Although this is a practice most common in November, this is a way to pause and celebrate the large and small things that give us joy all year long. Here are some activities you could try this month to make a new tradition!

Gratitude Pumpkin: Everynight write a few things on a pumpkin that you are grateful for until the pumpkin is covered and can serve as a centerpiece for Thanksgiving dinner.

Thankfulness Scavenger Hunt: Create a list of things that your family could find images of that they're thankful for. It could be nature, good friends, favorite spot to relax, family, someone who makes me smile. Share your images with one another or even make a collage.

Kindness Notes: Write notes of gratitude to friends, family, neighbors, or classmates stating why you're thankful for them.

Fall Conferences

Our teachers are in the process of setting up our annual fall conferences to update you on your child’s progress. Thus far, we are very happy with how things have gone with our remote and hybrid schedules this year. Instead of live conferences scheduled on certain dates, the teachers will be setting up their own conference dates and times which will happen either through Zoom/Google Meet or on the phone. Your child’s teacher will be in touch to set up a time to meet by mid-December.

If you would like to request a conference with a special area teacher, please contact them through their e-mails below.

All New, Unwrapped Gifts and Clothes as well as Non-Perishable food are due by December 11th. A link to all wish-lists, organized by home room, can be found here: Holiday Drive Wish Lists If you have any questions, please contact Lyndi Cole at or Caitlin Staiano at Thank you so much for your support!
