The significance of products in King Tut's Era
INTRODUCING KING TUT!
King Tut was of only at a young age when he came to throne, this was around 1330bc and he one of worlds most known Kings of his time. Still do this day artefacts are in great condition but unfortunately when a man named of Carter found him in a poor condition of mummification and that his tomb was not designed to fit the typical 18th dynasty royal tombs. The great and wonderful King Tut died at the age of 18.

THE 'GOD' FOR THE AFTERLIFE
The purpose of this artefact at the time is that this god meets/ greets all the dead pharaohs and judges them to see if they are good enough to go through to have another life. It was created out of lime stone and then with grated stone, mixed with blood and water and small amount of gold was added to show how rich the person was that passed away.
JEWERLY
This piece of jewelry was designed to fit around ones hand or bracelet. The artefact above was of high importance to the people of the time when King Tut was ruling over the land as it was to show how rich a person is. With this artefact it showed how rich King Tut was, even at such a young age.
FURNITURE
Its purpose was to hold valuables and store jewelry for example. The framework of this chest is made of Ebony, with the insert panels probably of Cedar. The lid is hinged in bronze along the back edge and folds down the back of the chest. Internally the chest is divided into compartments, and below the box there is an elaborate art work.
