Presenting the Fronteras 2020 8th Grade Promoted Class!
Karsyn AdamsKarsyn is a kind, caring person who has been a key part of our 8th grade class. She has participated through the years in Battle of the Books, volleyball, Native Youth Olympics, drama, student government, and this year serves as one of our student ambassadors helping to showcase Fronteras to the rest of the community. We will miss her bubbly personality and her contagious smile. Karsyn will continue her educational adventure at Tech High next year. | Kaija BackusKaija is a dedicated, conscientious, hard working student. She has participated through the years in volleyball, basketball, drama, and student government. This year serves as one of our student ambassadors helping to showcase Fronteras to the rest of the community. We will miss her positive approach to school, her positive attitude and her enthusiasm for learning new things. Kaija is a dedicated, conscientious, hard working student. She has participated through the years in volleyball, basketball, drama, and student government. Tucker Bleau
Tucker has worked so hard and improved so much during his eighth grade year. He has participated through the years in baseball and archery. Amilia BowlesAmilia is an energetic, friendly, daring addition to our class. She has participated through the years in volleyball, basketball, dance classes, and appeared in the Nutcracker performance viewed by the school. Despite joining us during her seventh grade year, she has made an impression on our class, and we will miss her willingness to try. She will continue her educational adventure in the ANSEP program housed at Tech High next year. | Remington BowlesRemington is a kind, friendly, dapper addition to our class. He has participated through the years in archery and he is an avid swimmer. We will miss in depth knowledge of history and his willingness to share his trivia knowledge with the rest of the class. He will continue studying in the ANSEP program housed at Career Tech next year. | Gwyneth BurninghamGwyn is our eighth grade class president. She is soft-spoken, kind, and a friend to everyone. She has participated through the years in drama, student government, Saturday of Science, and this year serves as our class president. We will miss Gwyn’s compassion, thoughtfulness, and willingness to make things right. She plans to continue her educational adventure at Colony High next year. |

Amilia is an energetic, friendly, daring addition to our class. Remington Bowles
Remington is a kind, friendly, dapper addition to our class. He has participated through the years in archery and he is an avid swimmer. We will miss in depth knowledge of history and his willingness to share his trivia knowledge with the rest of the class. He will continue studying in the ANSEP program housed at Career Tech next year.
Gwyneth Burningham
Gwyn is our eighth grade class president. She is soft-spoken, kind, and a friend to everyone. She has participated through the years in drama, student government, Saturday of Science, and this year serves as our class president. We will miss Gwyn’s compassion, thoughtfulness, and willingness to make things right. She plans to continue her educational adventure at Colony High next year.
Dayton DavisDayton is a strong, helpful, inclusive part of our class. He served as co-captain of the Fronteras wrestling team and placed at state; played basketball; was a member of student government; participated in indoor and outdoor soccer; and is an avid motorsport and outdoor enthusiast. We will miss Dayton’s leadership and his willingness to serve. He will continue his educational adventure at Wasilla High next year. | Keira Easter Keira is a dedicated, conscientious, hard working student, who is always willing to lend a hand to her classmates. She has participated through the years in basketball and drama. She is an amazing artist, a kind, caring, and compassionate friend. We will miss seeing her happy greetings each day as she walks into class. She will continue her educational adventure at Tech High next year. | Kilian FogartyKilian is a dedicated, conscientious, hard working student. He is an outdoorsman, who spends a lot of time skiing, and adventuring. He competes (and does well), in rock climbing and motocross. He has various talents and seems to be good at everything he tries. He’s an accomplished pianist, and has mentioned that he would like to get his private pilot’s license. He also played basketball and wrestled for Fronteras. We will miss his inquisitive nature, his dry sense of humor, and his willingness to try new things. He will continue to study and change the world next year at Tech High School. |
Dayton Davis
Dayton is a strong, helpful, inclusive part of our class. He served as co-captain of the Fronteras wrestling team and placed at state; played basketball; was a member of student government; participated in indoor and outdoor soccer; and is an avid motorsport and outdoor enthusiast. Keira Easter
Kilian Fogarty
Kilian is a dedicated, conscientious, hard working student. He is an outdoorsman, who spends a lot of time skiing, and adventuring. He competes (and does well), in rock climbing and motocross. He has various talents and seems to be good at everything he tries. He’s an accomplished pianist, and has mentioned that he would like to get his private pilot’s license. He also played basketball and wrestled for Fronteras. We will miss his inquisitive nature, his dry sense of humor, and his willingness to try new things. He will continue to study and change the world next year at Tech High School.
Ilya GrygorenkoIlya is a good friend, a model of respect, and a trilingual part of our class. Ilya participated through the years in basketball with the middle school boys team. Ilya is a contentious big brother and a loyal friend. We will miss His kindness, his sincerity, and his attempts (however unsuccessful) to teach us Russian. He will continue his educational adventure out of state next year. | Sophia HarperSophia is a dedicated, conscientious, hard working student. She has participated in student government, she likes to travel, and has worked hard in each of her classes. Luke is a charismatic, active, curious, and likeable member of our class. He was a state placer and co-captain of the wrestling team; played basketball and flag football; and was always willing to lend a hand to anyone that asked. Outside of school, he was active in 4-H, and likes to spend much of his time exploring his world. We will miss his smile, his sense of humor, and the unexpectedness he lent to each class each day. He is not sure where he will continue his educational adventure next year.

He spends time outside of school designing and building various objects. We will miss his calming influence on the class, his sense of humor, and his willingness to help when asked. He will continue his influence at Tech High next year. | Braden KringleBraden is an intelligent, observant, caring, and hard working part of our class. He joined us this year, but quickly became an integral part of our class. He was active in drama here and at his other school(s) Before he joined our Fronteras family, he was active in chess club, participated in Science Olympiad, and played guitar. We will miss his confidence, his hardworking nature, and his helpful attitude. He will continue his educational adventure at Poinciana High School in Kissimmee, Florida, next year. | Querian Lopez Querian is an enthusiastic and determined part of our 8th grade class. He is an avid Fronteras thespian, has participated in various clubs, and entertained us with his talent show acts each year. Outside of school he has declared his love for dinosaurs, writing, drawing, and cookies. We will miss his passion, his sense of humor, and his constant oldies jukebox behavior. He will continue his educational adventure at Colony High School next year. |

Erik is an intelligent, laid-back, friendly student. He has participated through the years in basketball, Battle of the Books, and robotics. He spends time outside of school designing and building various objects. We will miss his calming influence on the class, his sense of humor, and his willingness to help when asked. He will continue his influence at Tech High next year.
Braden Kringle
Braden is an intelligent, observant, caring, and hard working part of our class. He joined us this year, but quickly became an integral part of our class. He was active in drama here and at his other school(s) Before he joined our Fronteras family, he was active in chess club, participated in Science Olympiad, and played guitar. We will miss his confidence, his hardworking nature, and his helpful attitude. He will continue his educational adventure at Poinciana High School in Kissimmee, Florida, next year.
