About
I am originally from Longview, Texas, and I am a graduate of Texas A&M University. I studied Middle Grades Education and became an avid Aggie Football fan! I spent the next seven years teaching middle school Language Arts at Coppell Middle School East.
My husband, Tyler, is also an educator, and our daughter, Caroline, is one year old. Through my time in the classroom, I learned that while I loved teaching students about grammar and literature, my passion is to care for and support students, faculty, and parents. This inspired me to complete my Master’s degree in School Counseling in 2013 and a counseling internship in Coppell. I started as the school counselor at ASCS on March of 2013, and I am looking forward to another, wonderful year!
