Learning Objectives
Parents will make connections with other parents, and will have the opportunity to get better oriented to PA Virtual through discussions with staff and other parents.
Agenda - This event is for ALL AGES!
Sign-in with Staff at the Pavilion - Please be sure to have your Media Form and your 2016-2017 Emergency Info Form completed already!
- 11:00 am - Arrive and sign-in with staff – get a name tag & a cup with your name on it
- 11:15 am - Introductions & Announcements
- 11:30 am - Fun games & crafts!
- 1:20pm - wrap-up, clean-up and farewells!
- 1:30 pm – End of Outing: Please sign out on your own by initialing the sign-in/out sheet when you leave or when the outing is over (whichever comes first).
*Crafts & Games for Kids ALL throughout the event!
*Eat lunch whenever you would like!
Bring a snack for your family!
Please remember to avoid bringing any nut (food) products for those that have severe allergies. PA Virtual will provide drinks and paper products.

Reminders about all PA Virtual Outings
1: In consideration of our students with serious allergies, please refrain from bringing nut (food) products and balloons.
2: As always, to limit the spread of possible flu, please do not attend a PAVCS event if you have had a fever within 24 hours of the event.
3: For safety: All students need to be accompanied by a parent or learning coach. All students must wear shoes/sneakers for the entire school event and please refrain from bringing pets.
4: If there is a possibility of severe weather, please check Blackboard the day of the event in case the event is cancelled due to weather.
5: All PAVCS events are tobacco free. Please do not smoke near or around any children or the outing facility.
