Advice For Families/People

1. Get sealance on your teeth early so your teeth wont decay so quickly.
2. Use a good amount of fluoride, this keeps your mouth clean and protects from cavities.
3. Brush twice a day and floss daily, this will get all of the food off/out of your teeth.
4. Rinse or chew sugar free gum after eating, it will increase your salavia flow, which wsashes bacteria away.
