The Palatine Wreck: The Legend of the New England Ghost Ship

Thursday, January 31, 6 PM

Join us for "...one of New England's most chilling maritime mysteries." Learn about the legend of the Palatine - a fiery ghost ship in Block Island Sound, and the "...eerie phenomenon ....witnessed by hundreds of people over the centuries...." Hear about the legend, and the passengers on board, during their ill-fated voyage in 1738.

Weekly Programs for Adults:

Coffee Hour: Saturdays at 10:30 AM

Blood Pressure Screenings: Wednesdays from 1:30 - 4:30, and 6 - 8 PM

Meal Planning: Thursdays at 6:30 PM

Coloring for Adults: Tuesdays, from 1 - 2PM

Everyone is invited to attend - no registration is necessary.

Children's Programs

Story Times begin the week of January 14. Registration is ongoing for all story hour programs. Please call the library (821-7910) for schedules and registrations.

LEGO Time:

Saturdays, January 5 & 19 from 10:30 - 11:30

Open LEGO time - families with children ages 4 & older can come in and build their own LEGO creations! LEGOs are supplied. Parents & younger siblings are welcome.

Drop-In Crafts:

Wednesdays, January 9 & 23 from 3:15 - 4:30

Drop into the children's room and make a craft during the above hours. No registration required.
