Thank you for all the support in getting our school year off the a great start. A few reminders on communication:

Please make sure you are signed up for Bloomz with your child’s teacher. This is one way to stay connected to the classroom and school.
We will use schoolbookings.net to schedule parent teacher conferences this link will go out next week. Please make sure you are checking your bloomz and your email to get signed up for your child’s teacher’s for conferences. Conferences are October 5th from 4 to 8pm and October 11th from 4 to 8pm in person.
You may opt-in to receive text by sending "y" or "Yes" via text to 67587. If ever you wish to stop receiving texts, text "STOP" to the same number.
HCCS strives to find the best ways to reach our students, families, and community. If you have any questions or need assistance in opting in to our texting system, please call the 441-6550.
During the school day the playground is for students that attend Sonoma. We have had numerous parents on the playground or bringing pets onto school property and playground at the end of the day. Please know that if you would like to bring a pet to school or enter the building or playground, parents / guardians need to check in and receive a badge before entering the school property.
The cold and flu season has begun and we have been doing our best to keep up on sanitizing our spaces. That being said we would appreciate any and all donations of sanitizing wipes. Thank you so much in advance for your help!

School Picture Day

Please look for the school picture flyer coming home soon. School picture day is Thursday, September 28th and will begin first thing in the morning. If your student is absent on Picture Day, retakes will be Thursday, November 16th.

You can also order your student's pictures online at https://craft.orderschoolpix.com/ , this link will be open for 48 hours after our picture day. If it is past that time, you can call Craft Photography at 269-781-8907.

Homecoming Carnival - Friday, September 29th

Please join us for the Annual Homecoming Carnival that will be held at the middle school.

When: Friday, September 29

Where: Middle School

Time: 3:00 - 6:00

Tickets available for purchase at all school offices, cost is 4 for a $1.00.

There will be inflatables, dunk tank, rock wall slide, games, snow cones, cotton candy, and pony rides!

Scholastic Bookfair!

It's getting to be that time of year already, cannot even believe it! We will have the Scholastic Book Fair the week of October 4th through October 11th. The book fair will be open during the day for kids to purchase books and we will also have it open during parent teacher conferences. Please consider using the e-wallet, this allows you to send money for your student to buy books.
