Obsession Compulsive Disorder
David Beckham,highest paid soccer player in the sport. in a television interview David admitted that he suffers from ocd. he said that "before I can stay in a hotel room, all the leaflets and books have to be in a drawer". Also he said "I have to have everything in a straight line or everything has to be in pairs".
How does it affect his daily life?
1 out of 60 people in Britain have obsession Compulsive Disorder. David said in a interview he has to wear white cloths to match his furniture, and that he has to buy thirty pairs of white underpants or he gets anxiety. he was asked if he wanted to stop, he replied " I would like to, but I've tried and I cant". This could affect his life because everyone on his team might not be neat and tidy and that would cause a problem.
