Eagle Updates
Week of March 28th- April 1st
Challenge Yourself to say "YES!"
How many times have you wanted to try something new but something inside you just keeps getting in the way? What if you allowed opportunities to flow into your life with no fear or apprehension? What if you were to say "yes" to these rare opportunities?
I want to challenge you to say “yes” to situations in which you would normally say “no” and watch how things that you never thought possible begin to take shape in your life! Watch the video below and you’ll see how saying “yes” will sustain life’s HUM while offering you valuable opportunities to impact the lives of those you love!
Let’s make this an awesome week or not. The choice is YOURS!
Let's Get READY for STAAR!
Hey everyone,
I hope you all are enjoying your 3 day weekend. The STAAR pep rally is tomorrow at 2pm. We would like to have grades K-2 line the hallways at the end of the pep rally, roughly at 2:30 maybe. Feel free to let students make motivational signs to pump our 5th graders up! Grades 3-5 please have students in the cafeteria at 2pm so we can start on time. Also, teachers can wear jeans tomorrow, per Mrs. Spears. See you all tomorrow and let's get our students excited about showing off the amazing learning taking place at QVE!!!

Bowling Team Updates- Thanks for your Leadership Coach Levingston!
Dear Leaders,
Back in October we sent out information inviting schools to form Campus Bowling Teams. A few campuses met once a month at AMF in Stafford for a friendly game of bowling. This was a great way for us to build campus spirit while promoting the FBISD experience!
Teachers, staff, and school leaders had a great time talking, laughing, and enjoying the company of other schools within our GREAT district! Believe it or not, we have some talented bowlers in our midst!
A huge shout-out to - Holley, Jan Schiff, Oakland, Lakeview, Meadows, Mission Glen, and Quail Valley – for participating!
Last week teams met for their last game of the school year and a winner was determined! Please help us congratulate Principal Sanford and her Team at Holley Elementary “Gutt-er-done” for winning bragging rights and taking home the trophy!
We would also like to send a special thanks to Coach Levingston at Quail Valley for organizing and keeping team scores (this was not an easy job)!
Thanks for purchasing trophy Ms. Singh!!!
Thanks again and we look forward to doing this again next year!

In addition to Mr. Mouton’s class earning a gold pennant, Ms. Kelley’s class earned one as well!!! Way to collect Mrs. Kelley’s class!!

I am beyond impressed and thankful for everyone's willingness to help and participate!! Looks like we will definitely be doing this one again!
