Classroom Interior Locks
The district has started the process of replacing all of our interior classroom door handles/locks this afternoon. They will get as far as they can each evening and continue their work after school throughout this week. They anticipate the project taking 3-4 days. This will not change your key access, but will allow classrooms to be locked from the inside.
Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Password Change
BSD systems will be blocking the use of passwords that are known to be compromised. These listed are gathered by Microsoft and other organizations. This list will now be enforced when users change their passwords.

Technology
Happy Sunday Staff! There is some super cool information in the Staff Newsletter (http://bit.ly/WHSstafftech18) this week:
This week teachers have been asking about BookCreator, an awesome tool that works well with Chromebooks for students to create books, presentations, and more. Easy to use, students can include images, videos, and sounds. Check out the newsletter:
Tech Tip
Do you have a password that is about to retire? Click on the icon on the top of your screen to ‘Change Password’. The new requirements are that the passwords are not similar to anything you have used in the past...so why not try a phrase like, “Ilikepasswords!” or some such. Anything that would help you remember. “Ilovemy2kids!” :)
Digital Citizenship
And more! If your students could use these skills, just send me an email and I can come to your class. http://bit.ly/WHSstafftech18
