Collect the number of paper rolls as the number of days until your event. Trace the circular end on a piece of colored paper. Cut out twice as many circles as your have rolls. Tape one circle to each roll. Get someone to fill the paper rolls with fun toys. Then, tape another circle on the open end of each roll to close it. Tape the rolls together using double sided tape. Next, secure it with a bow. Carefully poke the circles each day to get your prize and count down to your exiting event. We hope you have a very exciting holiday break. Especially with your new holiday toy which you can share with your friends and family!

Interviewing a Middle School Student
By: Lilyana Malyar and Maya Villanueva
We interviewed Nina Villanueva a girl that goes to the middle school. We wanted all 6th graders to know what it is like in middle school. If you don’t have any siblings in middle school or where in middle school you should read this article. What is it like in middle school? It is quite fun you do a lot of stuff dream catchers, stars, and wizards have the same amount of homework some people say dream catchers have less but they don’t at least not if you are taking an honors class like algebra I can’t say anything about course or band or corecycle because I don’t any of them. Do you like it in middle school? I do I enjoy it a lot. You get to meet a lot of new people. Some people who just moved or who come from different townships. Is middle school hard? I wouldn't say so. But for some people it may be, but I don’t think it’s hard but that’s my opinion. As long as you try your best and give %100 effort I think you will be fine. Were you scared at first? A little bit because I didn’t know what it would be like and what it was going to feel like at first. Also, it’s a new school and a whole bunch of different townships to Northern. You meet a lot of new people. Some people you may not like at first but then you get along with them and some people you might never get along with. Although that is okay. How long does it take to get to your classes? For me it takes a minimum of 3 minutes and two of my classes are on the 8th grade side of the school so I have to get their in less than 4 minutes. How long is your passing time? Passing time is only 4 minutes. I would take your books for your next class just to save time. If you could change anything about the school What would it be? During lunch I think there should be larger tables because I am sitting with people I don’t want to talk to instead of people I want to talk to. Do you guys have assigned seats? Yes every marking period you could switch around your seats and you have to stay there the whole marking period. Give a little tips to six graders. Try your best always. Work hard at all times. Don’t be late to any of your classes. Health isn’t as bad as it seems. Anything to add? Always have someone to talk to. In all of your classes make friends. Go to G.L.C at the end of the day. Listen to your music while you are doing your homework. Do the same for lunch but go to the media center. Join clubs to make friends!
Poem By Haley Pelehach
I come with no wrapping or pretty pink bows.
I am who I am from my head to my toes.
I tend to get loud when speaking my mind.
Even a little crazy some of the time.
I stay strong when someone knocks me down.
And the times that I cry when no one’s around.
To error is human or so that’s what they say.
Well tell me who’s perfect anyway.

Puppies foods
Puppies eat dry kibble by about 7 to 8 weeks age. Puppies can also eat small amounts of turkey, chicken and lean beef are good, but avoid ham as it may be too rich for a puppy’s digestion. Cooked or raw veggies such as broccoli, carrots and asparagus can be great treats.
Where wild puppies live
They live in forest’s and wood’s, people would come and find puppies to take to the pet store to get adopted
Extra Facts:
There are 70,000 puppies more than kitten’s in the USA. All dogs can be traced back 40 million years ago to a weasel-like animals called Miacis witch dwelled in tree’s and den’s. Small quantities of grapes and raisins can cause renal failure for dogs.
