TYPES OF POP-UPS
Online pop-up - This is where you would invite your friends to a Facebook group where I would post info about Chloe + Isabel and the jewelry. I can provide you with some lookbooks that guests can browse, and they can also look through my online boutique http://www.chloeandisabel.com/boutique/christinacoto at there leisure. My online pop-ups typically run for 3 to 5 days and I would be posting a few times a day and also offer points challenges where guests can win prizes.
(Note: While this sounds like the simplest option,you might want to consider an online pop-up for your 2nd or 3rd pop-up after your guests have already seen the jewelry in person.)
Fundraiser - I'd like to be able to help non-profits and people who have a good cause raise some money. I would work with my contacts on determining which type of pop-up from the above list is the best fit for them and then donate a percentage of all sales to their cause. I would like to hold ant least one fundraiser a month,so please let me know if you have a charity in mind!

For each pop-up guest that books a future pop-up, the current hostess gets $25 in additional jewelry credits.
Also,for past hostesses... if you refer me to a bride to help her style her and her bridal party,I will give you a $25 credit.

During my twice a year VIP-exclusive sample sales, you will get an invite to shop my sample pieces up to 70% off!

HOSTESS FAQS
A: They can absolutely place an online order or better yet have them contact me so I can help them place the order. I will be giving you your own special link to share with guests so that orders get credited to your pop-up. You should also extend the invite to any out-of-town friends and family for this very reason!
Q:I'm worried that not enough people will show up.. how many people do I need to invite?
A: I tell all my hostesses not to worry about this. Send the invites and they will usually come. We all have friends,family,neighbors,co-workers and acquaintances who might be curious about this brand or might be enticed to show up for the raffle. I even suggest inviting every female on your contact list. Even the ones you think might not like jewelry.. you never know.. they might have a need to shop for a gift or even better, we might convert them over to being a c+i fan!
Q:What's the minimum number of guests?
A:There is no minimum. I've heard of people having only 2 people show up to an in-person pop-up and ended up with over $1k in sales! ( this was done through pre-orders and some orders placed after the pop-up) Of course the more people the merrier, so that's why I say invite as many people as you can(see previous question). On average I'd say about 10 guests is a good number.
Q:Are the orders shipped to me?
A:No, all orders will be shipped to the customer's shipping address. So hostesses need not worry about having to deliver orders to the guests.
Q:I'm not sure how to create an E-vite or Facebook group..how do I invite guests?
A:No worries, I can help! I will create the E-vite or Facebook group for you and you just have to send me email addresses for your guests or add your Facebook friends to the group. I can also print out some paper invites if you prefer.
Q:Do I have to serve food?(for in-home pop-ups)
A:This is totally up to you..although it is recommended to have some refreshments for your guests(maybe a couple appetizers or desserts plus some drinks). I usually offer to bring either a bottle of wine, appetizer or dessert with me as well:) Oh and it's highly recommended to set up the food near the jewelry!
