February Updates

February sure arrived fast! We have a lot going on this spring and it is a great time to be a MAKO!


Winter sports are winding down and spring are here. We have our Varsity

Basketball Teams competing in the Area Tournaments this week and some of our Varsity Wrestlers will be heading to state! High school and middle school soccer, tennis, baseball, golf and softball are all getting started and High School Musical is in the final casting stages.



Sophomores will be taking the pre-ACT Monday February 8th and Juniors will be focusing on ACT prep during AO this month. Junior test date is March 9th. Stay tuned for more ACT prep activities between now and March 9th.

Important Dates

  • February 8 - Pre-ACT for Sophomores
  • February 10 - PTO Meeting (Information below)
  • February 15-17 - Mardi Gras Holidays (No School)
  • February 18 - Registration forms for 21-22 school year come home for grades 9-12
  • February 18 - 19 - Dance auditions for students not currently enrolled in dance class
  • February 22 - Registration forms due back
  • February 27 - Seafood Festival - More information will be coming for volunteer opportunities and events happening.
