Dill is a savory flavor, and usually pairs with dishes containing eggs and fish.
You can use fresh dillweed, or dried dill.
Dill helps protect against free radicals and carcinogens. It is an anti-bacterial spice, so it prevents bacterial overgrowth. It also is a good source of calcium, iron, and magnesium.
Dill was used a lot by Romans, and in Grecian wreaths. Old wives tales said inhaling the fumes from boiling dill water could cure hiccups, and ward off diseases.
