Reminders from front office

This month is Soct-ober...We are gathering new socks for Community Storehouse. The grade level each week that has the most socks will get to wear crazy socks on Friday and then the grade level with the most at the end of the month will get crazy hair day!!!

Also this is only a five week six weeks.

Parents due to allergies that we have in our classrooms we are needing you to buy/bring STORE bought items that have an ingredient label on them. The nurse needs to know what is in the treats in order for students to partake.

What's going on in our classes:

Math:We have our district math test on monday we will then begin fractions.

Science: We are still experimenting with forces and testing our critter captures.

Language Arts: We will begin our author study over Gary Paulsen. All students will be participating in book clubs.

Vocab quiz Oct.21, look below for link to look at vocab..

*Our second six weeks book projects (the students will need a new genre) are due at the end of this six weeks.(November 2nd)

Social Studies: We will be covering the events that lead up to the Revolutionary War.
