Household Economic Survey-Deadline is Sept. 20th

McClure After School Program

We are so excited to announce that we are beginning an after school tutoring and enrichment program which will officially begin September 28th . We have separated the programs into each quarter of school. The options below are offered first quarter. Each quarter a new form will come out. The focus of all after school programing is to address learning loss that may have occurred over the last year and a half. The learning loss/homework help program will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school, from 3:45-5:00pm. The enrichment program will be on Wednesdays afterschool at the same time. A snack will be provided to each student at the beginning of the program time.

Transportation will need to be provided for your child to be picked up no later than 5:00.

Please fill out ONE Google form per child in the household that you would like to sign up. This is a first come first serve roster due to staffing availability. We will take the families that respond first and then will have a waiting list to refer to when the second quarter starts. If a spot would open up during quarter one, the next person in line would be notified. All families will be notified by Wed. Sept. 22nd if your child has been selected. This is based on staffing and interest.

We are so excited to be able to offer these opportunities to our students!

If you have any questions please contact Neely Gower at ngower@tps501.org .

Masks

Please ensure your children are coming to school with masks each day. It is a good idea to send a spare mask as well. We appreciate your support in ensuring students come to school prepared to learn and masks are essential to a safe learning environment.
