Dear parents,

Like every book has an end, our study unit on books has also come to an end. We had a great time learning about parts of a book, and of course our author and illustrator. We celebrated our bringing literature parade. We were really HAPPY fishes. Then, we sang our rainbow fish song. PK4 students, also enjoyed learning new stories. We did rotations, and each class visited all classrooms to get to know about the author and books they have been talking about the past month. They enjoyed popular stories like The Giving Tree, The Grouchy Ladybug, The Lorax and of course THE RAINBOW FISH!

This unit was a successful one. We can see our kids talking about trees. You can also see pk4 students collecting seeds, leaves, twigs and more … THEY REALLY WANT TO TAKE CARE OF ALL THE TREES IN PANAMA!!! Many activities, investigations, questions came up this week which helped us learn more answers to what is it we wanted to know.

We had a great fieldtrip to Safaricks zoo! Special thanks to all the mommies who joined us on this fun trip, with a great attitude no matter how hot it was! We are always thankful to have the extra help!

Have a nice SPRING BREAK!

P.S: Wait for a Special Edition Newsletter coming up next week with tons of pictures of our EXCITING TRIP!!!

Our week started in the spotlight!!! We were in charge of the flag ceremony this week!

Farewell SARA! :(

This week we say goodbye to our dear friend SARA :(

We shared so many memories that will always be treasured. It's gonna be hard to see her go, but she'll be in her hometown now and for sure is gonna pursuit great adventures in Costa Rica!
