Students will be called down throughout the day by last name.
Service Opportunties
- Interact Club will be collecting shampoo, conditioner, soaps from hotels for our Tiny Drive. These will be donated to an organization called Uplift KC which take necessities to homeless people.
- Day of Hope- staff will be collecting feminine products again this year. We can start collecting now through November 29.
Staff Reminders
- Set up your voicemails - there are quite a few staff members that have not set them up yet. Please see instructions here to help guide you through the process.
AESOP Requests
The last couple days we have had issues with acquiring substitutes to cover staff positions.
THANK YOU to all of those that have stepped up to help with coverage.
- For the Aesop system to work correctly, you need to enter your absences as soon as you know you will be out. This is especially important for scheduled things; such as field trips, coaching, curriculum days/meetings and Professional Development. If all staff will do this now for the scheduled events they have, then the system can then do its job of getting a sub in advance, and will only have to concentrate on those last minute illness/emergency needs.
- As we move into winter, when illness runs amuck, it is really important to plan accordingly.
- Also - just a reminder if you are going to be out of the building or your classroom for any reason (including leaving early for coaching) please let Bobbie know; also inform her of who will be covering your class.
