Jot-A-Thought
All classes focused on Base of Support
Base of Support
We are usually making contact with the ground using our feet. This is easy most of the time. By using only one foot or changing what we are standing on, we challenge our balance. Students discovered various ways to balance on one foot. Third graders worked on transferring weight from feet to hands and head by performing inverted tripods.
